At JET Collective, my mission is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone—whether you're just getting started or leveling up your current routine. But with that mission comes an important reminder: you are responsible for your own health and safety when participating in any exercise program, including those offered through JET Collective.

While my programs are designed with care and based on proven methods, they are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By participating in any of the workouts, written programs, or fitness challenges, you agree to do so at your own risk.

Know Your Body

Every body is different. What works well for one person might not be right for another. If something doesn’t feel right—whether it’s pain, dizziness, unusual fatigue, or just a gut feeling—stop the workout immediately. It’s better to pause and assess than to push through and risk injury.

When in Doubt, Reach Out

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about starting a fitness program, please consult with a physician or other qualified health provider before diving into a new routine. And remember, I’m here to help—if you’re unsure about a movement, exercise plan, or progression, don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly. Your safety is more important than any workout.

Our Promise

I design every program with intention, using thoughtful progressions and functional movements that prioritize long-term health and consistency over quick fixes or extreme approaches. However, no program can predict your individual response, so listen to your body and take personal responsibility as you train.
