My goal with JET Collective is simple: to make effective, balanced training accessible for everyone. Whether you’re a busy professional, a parent juggling a packed schedule, or someone just trying to stay consistent, JET Collective is here to meet you where you’re at. The workouts are designed to fit into your life—not take it over.
Each session ranges from 30 minutes to an hour, so you can choose what works best for your day. There’s no set schedule—you can train any day of the week, at any time that fits into your routine. Flexibility and sustainability are at the heart of this program.
What you'll need:
Just the essentials—a pair of dumbbells, a mat, a hip circle band, and a few household items like a chair or towel. That’s it. No complicated equipment or crowded gym required.

What to expect:
Every week is thoughtfully programmed to include full-body resistance and strength training, while also challenging your cardiovascular endurance and always keeping a strong focus on core strength and stability. These sessions are designed to make you feel strong, capable, and energized—not burnt out.
Some things to remember:
There are two coaching cues I use all the time with clients, and if you can keep these in mind, you’ll be in great shape:

• Keep your weight in your heels
